Our client are leaders in the Automotive space on an international level. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced HR Professional to support the growing team in bringing the companies product to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Job Description
- Support the business with recruitment tasks including advertising, shortlisting and pre-employment medical bookings.
- Involvement in weekly payroll processing with ADP Payline.
- Manage employee on boarding including contracts, induction plans and training
- Coordinate reporting for attrition and recruitment
- Conduct salary bench marking and assist with employee retention strategies.
- HR administration including employee set up in ADP/Real Time, timeclock registration, personnel filing etc.
- Support performance management activities
- Managing ad hoc day to day HR and Payroll matters
- Manage position descriptions and other employment related administration activities.
- Developing systems to manage personnel files and record management.
The Successful Applicant
- An HR professional with experience in automotive manufacturing or other manufacturing
- Experience in recruitment; payroll processing; training and learning and development; HR administration; and the development and implementation of HR policies and documentation.
- 3 years of experience
