We are seeking a highly skilled People Analyst to join a reputable organisation within the public sector. This temporary role based in the CBD offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in the HR department.

Job Description

  • Analyse and interpret workforce data to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise workforce planning and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in all reporting activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce analytics frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce challenges.
  • Maintain and update workforce databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Analyst should have:

  • A relevant qualification in data analysis, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with workforce analytics and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis like Power BI and Success Factors.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Knowledge of public sector policies and processes is desirable.
