Job Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processes with accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist with performance review processes and training coordination.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies and employment legislation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR/Recruitment Coordinator should have:

  • Experience or education in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
