Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the end to end recruitment life cycle, including job postings, interviews and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management, if required

The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field, and 2+ years experience coordinating general HR activities
  • Strong experience in end to end recruitment processes within a blue or white collar environment
  • Great understanding of HR principles and employment legislation in Australia
  • A positive attitude and the hunger to build a career in HR
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
