HR Business Partner - FMCG
Leading FMCG business based in Western Sydney
Part time position - 3 days per week
About Our Client
Our client is a global FMCG business - based in Western Sydney. They are the sole distributor of many favoured brands.
You will have a broad HR Generalistskillset and the role will focus on the key areas:
- This role will touch all aspects of the employee lifecycle and be a key driver of culture within the organisation
- You will have had extensive experience interpreting modern awards
- Experience in dealing Employee Relations matters is key
- This role will cover both the Head Office and the Warehouse - so experience within Workplace Health and Safety is essential
The Successful Applicant
You will be a highly effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders. A degree in HR is essential and the ability to speak Cantonese is highly regarded. You will ideally have five years experience within the FMCG industry.
