Job Description

Reporting into the Law firms Managing Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and managing agency relationships
  • Employee lifecycle, development of employees, performance reviews, salary benchmarking and talent mapping
  • Advising and partnering with the firm on employee related policies and procedures
  • Ensure legislation policies and procedures are current and inline with required legislations
  • Promote our business values and culture with our stakeholders and upholding our strong reputation in the market

The Successful Applicant

  • HR Business Partner from a professional services background (preferably Law)
  • Strong business partnering experience dealing with employee related grievances
  • Proven ability to work in a standalone HR Generalist position
  • Minimum of 4 years experience within HR at BP or Generalist level
  • HR degree qualified
