Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, capability, and risk
  • Leading and supporting change initiatives
  • Managing complex ER/IR matters end-to-end (high-risk casework)
  • Interpreting and applying Awards, Enterprise Agreements and IR legislation (incl. EA negotiations)
  • Supporting performance management, disciplinary processes and probation reviews
  • Ensuring compliance, audits and documentation (incl. visa/immigration requirements via )
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and contributing to broader HR initiatives

The Successful Applicant

You might be an experienced HR Advisor ready to step up, or an HRBP looking for a new challenge. Either way, you'll bring:

  • Experience in a HR generalist role (Advisor/Generalist/BP background) within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence key decision-makers.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated capability in disciplinary, performance, ER/IR case management
  • Confidence interpreting Awards/Agreements and workplace legislation
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement, and discretion
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Full Australian Work Rights (Citizen and/or PR)
