Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the L&D strategy against the existing framework
  • Establishing the graduate program
  • Culture and transformation work
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Workforce planning, hiring and retention
  • Performance and capability activities
  • Employee relations
  • Reward and recognition programs and initiatives
  • Special projects
  • General advisory work
  • Administration and reporting

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for and successful in this role you will:

  • Arrive with a tertiary qualification in HR
  • Have experience in delivering L&D and training programs, or a keen interest to explore this area
  • Be able to demonstrate your competency in providing sound HR advice against legislation and internal policies
  • Have experience in delivering on strategic workforce planning, hiring, talent development and retention outcomes
  • Be comfortable in the rem and benefits space
  • Love to add value through special projects and take pride in your work and work outcomes
