Job Description

As HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR functional teams.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, supporting change management and cultural improvement.
  • Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Support learning and development programs, facilitating workshops and encouraging manager engagement.
  • Promote employee engagement through initiatives that enhance wellbeing and organizational culture
  • Ensuring HR processes, documentation and systems meet compliance and legislative requirement

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a HRBP role.
  • Strong experience in ER case management and Unions negotiation
  • Experienced within the Manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
  • Available to start in January
