About Our Client
Our client is within fashion retail.
Job Description
- Provide end-to-end advice and guidance to managers in relation to performance and disciplinary management activities
- Ensure performance review processes and related activities are implemented including developing and delivering necessary training, and driving completion through reporting and analysis
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) provoking positive changes in the management of people and performance improvement
- Support management stakeholders to develop and implement succession plans for critical roles as identified
- Identify training and development needs, career development opportunities, talent management and retention requirements and facilitate the delivery of these programs
- Provide support across the annual remuneration review process. Review and enhance benefit and reward structures
- Develop and advise on the setting of performance targets and participate in business planning activities to ensure HR priorities are aligned to the Company's strategic objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience as a progressive HR practitioner
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment and Safety legislation
- Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR issues and practices
- Previous experience in managing the planning, development and delivery of change and communication activities
- Well-developed influencing and organisational skills
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and creative thinking skills and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment
