About Our Client
Our client is a global business looking for a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis to start ASAP.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing operational and administrative HR support across the business
- Investigations and supporting with case management
- Interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- End to end recruitment- managing this function
- Training of employees
- Supporting the HR Business Partner with performance management reviews with leaders
The Successful Applicant
- Candidates must be qualified in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in a similar role is essential - please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate concisely.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Experience in the Mining sector will be highly sought after.
