About Our Client
Our client is a civil infrastructure organisation providing a range of services in the civil construction sector within two different businesses.
Job Description
- Providing support and document management to the HR Business Partner for any employee relations and enterprise agreement bargaining matters as directed.
- Manage the recruitment process by advertising, sourcing and short-listing candidates with relevant hiring manager.
- Maintain the business organisation structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Initiating the on-boarding process and any pre-employment checks of all new hires.
- Coordinating the undergraduate intake including communicate short-listing to hiring manager, confirming interview times and on-boarding of new students.
- Assist in project delivery and any HR initiatives by partnering with HR Business Partner and Senior HR Coordinator.
- Manage the probation review and annual performance appraisal deadlines and liaise with managers to ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Complete employee exit interviews including documentation and communication to wider business.

The Successful Applicant
- A degree in HR or similar
- Experience in administration duties associated with the employee life cycle
- Experience in end-end recruitment
- Experience in MS Office, teams and other IT applications (Docusign, One Drive, JotForm, Power BI)
- 1-2 years of experience within the HR function.
