Job Description

As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • recruitment and talent pool sourcing
  • P&P creation and updating documents
  • build supportive office culture and employee engagement
  • first point of contact for all HR related queries.
  • employee onboarding/ induction process.
  • management of employee records & performance reviews.
  • conflict resolution and advising on ER issues
  • support and coach managers in feedback and communication.

The Successful Applicant

The HR Generalist will possess:

  • degree or significant professional experience in HR
  • focus on people and culture
  • high levels of organization and efficiency
  • excellent written & verbal communication skills.
