We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong ELMO (HRIS) system expertise to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for a workforce of 350 employees. This is a 4-month contract with flexible working arrangements, a view to permanent and a focus on driving positive change in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage a range of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Utilize ELMO (HRIS) software for various HR functions
  • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives and systems
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Support the management of staff relationships, respond to any queries or problems that they have and manage their expectations
  • Ensure compliance with Australian workplace laws and regulations

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience with Elmo (HRIS). Additionally you will have,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in HR software Elmo (mandatory)
  • A solution-focused approach with the ability to work well in a team
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field (desired)
