Job Description

Reporting to the APAC HR Manager this is a newly created position to support growth across Australia and New Zealand. The key purpose of the role is to provide HR expertise to Victaulic ANZ. Supporting the full employee lifecycle you will HR advice, guidance and support. Responsibilities will include;

  • Delivering best practice HR initiatives
  • HR Policy and procedures
  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Support operations with performance management activities
  • Oversee payroll
  • Support HR Director and Operations manager with local employment laws.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role. You will possess;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • c
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dispersed team.
