Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will:

  • act as the strategic business partner to the Country Head for the complete employee life cycle
  • support Learning and Development initiatives
  • recruit and retain a top talent pipeline
  • plan and support global roll out of change management initiatives
  • advise stakeholders on ER/IR issues
  • assist and manage performance management and employee engagement programs

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for HR Manager will possess:

  • strong background in Industrial Relations
  • understanding of Fair Work, EBA, and Award interpretations
  • can do attitude and a hands on approach to work
  • previous HR experience in Warehousing/Logistics/3PL/Supply Chain highly preferred
  • Degree in HR or Business Management
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to build a team and maintain positive relationships
  • strong strategic thinking
  • prior experience in union negotiations
