About Our Client
Our client is a large NFP organisation based in Perth's Eastern Suburbs. They are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Advisor on a permanent basis to join their team. This role is a newly created opportunity due to growth and demand.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing operational and administrative HR support across the business
- Investigations and supporting with case management
- Interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Supporting the Recruitment Advisor with end to end recruitment as and when needed
- Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with performance management reviews with leaders
The Successful Applicant
- Candidates must be qualified in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of Industrial Relations legislation
- Ability to build relationships and communicate concisely.
