About Our Client
Our client is an industry leader in their field and have recently won some larger projects.
- End-to-end recruitment; Includes advertising, pre-screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding and contract creation, inducting new staff.
- Ability to create and implement policies and procedures.
- Assisting with grievances, disciplinary and performance management issues.
- Provide general HR Advice to managers in relation to policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar HR role along with;
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be highly organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience within a construction environment would be highly regarded.
