This position is for an HR & Payroll Coordinator in the energy industry. The role requires expertise in HR coordination and to oversee payroll using ADP software for approx. 120 employees. This position is an immediate start, temporary role for a minimum of two-months.

Job Description

  • Coordinate HR procedures and payroll functions within the team
  • Assist with processing payrolls using ADP software for approx. 120 staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all HR activities.
  • Offer support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related queries
  • Coordinate interviews, staff training, and HRIS administration.
  • Issue contracts to new staff and complete their onboarding requirements.
  • Participate in HR-related projects as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR & Payroll Coordinator should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ADP software for payroll processing.
  • Understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills for effective coordination
  • Good communication skills for assisting employees and collaborating with the team

What's on Offer

  • Hourly rate of between $45 - $50 per hour, pending experience.
  • A temporary role with a potential for permanency.
