Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain compliance standards across HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline system processes and reporting.
  • Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies and legislative requirements.
  • Assist in audits and generate compliance reports as required.
  • Act as the point of contact for HR systems-related queries and troubleshooting.
