Our client is a fast-paced e-commerce company who are expanding all around the world. Our client has warehouses in the US, China, Emirates, Australia and all over Europe. Job Description

Human Resources:

  • Ensuring all employee documentation complies with HR policies and updating where necessary
  • Providing support to the business regarding HR processes and procedures
  • Developing strong knowledge of relevant Awards, Agreements and legislation
  • Updating employee records in the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS
  • Deliver and reinforce best practice HR standards in all communications and interactions with company employees and customers
  • Work in partnership with the broader HR team to ensure consistent, timely and accurate delivery of project outcomes.



Workplace, Health & Safety:

  • You are responsible for managing Health & Safety processes, systems and stakeholders
  • Ensure WHS compliance across the organization
  • Identify, report, investigate and address hazards, incidents and emergencies
  • Organize and conduct site inductions, and ensure ongoing training is executed
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections and risk assessments
  • Focus on continuous improvement and encouraging a proactive safety culture

The Successful Applicant

This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth. As your HR colleagues will be working from different countries, you will be working independently and act as the main "go to" person for Australia. You can count on lots of support from the team, but you should feel comfortable in working alone as support will be remote.Your experience and skill set will include:

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently as an active team member
  • Interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
  • Administration and organisation skill with a pro-active, "can-do" attitude
  • Knowledge of or interest in Employment and WHS legislation or the ability to learn
  • Ability to respond promptly to requests using imitative and follow through to completion
  • A commitment to professional learning and growth
  • Experience in WHS and HR- 3+ years
  • Ideally experience working with blue collar workers
