Human Resource Manager

Reporting to the General Manager roles and responsibilities include:

• Coach, mentor and develop the HR team to support ongoing professional development (4-5 direct reports)

• Provide regular mentoring and coaching opportunities

• Assist the Executive Management team in providing leadership and direction to the Company.

• Liaising with business leaders to provide operational plans to deliver on strategy, mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
• Manage the delivery of workforce planning, forecasting, recruitment and on boarding

• Manage, lead and ensure compliance of company industrial relations and strategies

• Support the learning and development function as a part of the broader HR strategy and framework

• Lead employee engagement and company culture programs and initiatives

• Lead and manage HR reporting requirements

• Coordinate Australian (and as required) international HR governance including company policies, procedures and programs

• Oversee and coordinate company performance review process

• Supporting and coaching business leaders

• Administer remuneration and benefits programs, including conducting analysis and serving as primary contact with relevant providers

• Coordinate the HR governance framework both in Australia and as required internationally

• Manage daily HR operations, business planning and HR strategies

• Manage and continuously improve the HR system framework and HRIS systems

• Plan, direct and assist in the supervision of activities relating to company payroll
