About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious CBD based organisations with a vested interest in greater Sydney region.
The primary focus of this role pertains to the effective management of the workforce by ensuring the organisations policies are clearly articulated and implemented working with business units and managers supporting their staff management responsibilities, this will be achieved through:
- Developing, implementing and evaluating workforce service plans, policies and strategies that contribute to effective workforce management.
- Contributing to project planning and implementation of new workforce service initiatives with the relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting and advising managers across planning and performance management, leadership management, succession planning and management of grievances, discipline and complaints.
- Preparing and presenting monthly workforce reports as required developing action plans with managers in order to address the main points from these reports.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will must have 3 years experience working in as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, must be able to commute to a CBD location daily and be able to work in a well established team environment.
