Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and resolve individual, team and employee issues through objective discussions, innovative strategies, and constructive approaches
- Provide accurate and timely support to management and staff
- Triage enquiries to the appropriate person within the team
- Industrial and employee relations, talent acquisition, OHS, performance management
- Build rapport and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
Successful applicant will exhibit:
- Sound and accurate advisory skills to managers
- Motivation and enthusiasm for the health care industry and talent acquisition
- Understanding of employee relations, industrial relations and workable solutions
- Acknowledgement of issues experienced by professional clinicians
- Contemporary industry knowledge and demonstrated generalist human resources experience
