Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and resolve individual, team and employee issues through objective discussions, innovative strategies, and constructive approaches
  • Provide accurate and timely support to management and staff
  • Triage enquiries to the appropriate person within the team
  • Industrial and employee relations, talent acquisition, OHS, performance management
  • Build rapport and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Successful applicant will exhibit:

  • Sound and accurate advisory skills to managers
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for the health care industry and talent acquisition
  • Understanding of employee relations, industrial relations and workable solutions
  • Acknowledgement of issues experienced by professional clinicians
  • Contemporary industry knowledge and demonstrated generalist human resources experience
