Job Description

  • Work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the department's goals
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews
  • Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Prepare HR reports and analyse HR metrics to aid decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Previous experience in a HR role within the public sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage HR projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
