This HRBP role will work across multiple business units and be able to have a real impact on the direction of their Australian operations.

Job Description

This role will involve entire employee lifecycle management, including but not limited to:

  • End-to-end management of internal ER matters and contributing to IR negotiations.
  • Providing guidance on performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Facilitating employee development initiatives and training programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all business stakeholders.
  • Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.
  • Analysing HR metrics to inform business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to promoting a positive company culture.

What's on Offer

  • Pending experience, $120,000 - $135,000 plus superannuation.
  • Melbourne CBD location.
  • 2-year fixed term contract.
  • Good working flexibility offered, post training.
