Job Description

Working in a supportive close knit team, this role will provide end-to-end recruitment support and deliver a broad range of HR operational activities. While recruitment will be a primary focus, the role also involves HR administration, workforce planning support, and contributing to projects such as system improvements and training roll outs.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across engineering, supply chain, warehouse operations, and corporate functions.
  • Supporting HR operations including employee inquiries, on boarding, and maintaining data integrity across systems.
  • Assisting with manual processes such as time sheet entry and reporting, and contributing to system testing and data migration projects.
  • Coordinating training activities and supporting the rollout of the internal training platform.
  • Partnering with managers to provide advice on HR policies and processes.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and HR administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot as priorities change.
  • Intermediate Excel skills is a bonus and familiarity with HRIS systems (experience with Springboard is advantageous).
