Job Description

  • Coordinate and deliver ICT projects across the business
  • Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations via managed service providers
  • Support cyber security governance and risk management
  • Advise the CTO on ICT strategy and security posture
  • Develop and maintain ICT and cyber security policies
  • Support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, and risk assessments
  • Manage ICT vendors, licensing, and technology procurement
  • Ensure consistent, secure systems across global entities

The Successful Applicant

A successful ICT & Cyber Manager should have:

    • Strong background in ICT operations, with experience overseeing MSP‑delivered services
    • Proven ability to deliver ICT projects across cloud, infrastructure, and business systems
    • Comfortable acting as a strategic cyber security adviser, translating risk into priorities
    • Practical experience uplifting ICT processes, controls, and operating standards
    • Solid understanding of what good ICT looks like, even if not deeply hands‑on day to day
    • Willing to step into L1-L2 troubleshooting when needed, with a pragmatic mindset
    • Experience working with cyber security frameworks and ISO 27001 environments
    • Confident collaborating with third‑party cyber security consultants and specialists
    • Strong stakeholder skills to coordinate across teams, vendors, and leadership
    • Organised, delivery‑focused professional who can balance operations, projects, and governance
