Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of ICT projects within the public sector.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Support the transition and handover of completed projects to operational teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Implementation Manager - ICT should have:

  • Proven experience managing ICT projects within the public sector.
  • Has previously delivered a large scale complex transformation project.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve complex project issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant ICT tools and systems.
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field, such as technology or project management.
