Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of technology projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Implementation Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing technology projects in the tech industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • A detail-oriented and results-driven approach to work.
  • Experience with biometrics or identity verification technologies is a added advantage.
