About Our Client

Our client is a local government body who are about to undertake an IT transformation project.

Job Description

  • End user computing technical support, troubleshooting, administration, deployment, packaging, and management in a Microsoft desktop environment.
  • Experience implementing ASD Essential 8 controls.
  • Commvault data backup technical support, administration, and implementation.
  • Key technologies this role will focus on: Intune, SCCM, M365 Security & Compliance tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Degree qualified or comparable experience and/or industry certifications.
  • SOE implementation and deployment in a large, complex setting
  • MDM/MAM implementation (Microsoft/iOS/Android)
  • ServiceNow experience (desirable)
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework
