Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities across core and adjacent markets. This includes shaping commercial strategy, leading innovation projects from concept to launch, and working cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure delivery of business and sustainability goals.

Job Description

You'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Leading strategic growth and innovation initiatives that align with business priorities and market trends
  • Partnering with customers and suppliers to co-develop new products, packaging, and channel solutions
  • Translating market insights into actionable commercial opportunities
  • Building business cases and managing end-to-end implementation of innovation projects
  • Championing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a commercially driven innovation manager with hands-on leadership experience, ideally from an agricultural product-based environment, who enjoys turning ideas into results.You will bring:

  • Proven success driving growth, NPD, and commercial execution across B2B and/or B2C markets
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and route-to-market dynamics
  • Ability to partner across marketing, sales, operations, and R&D to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • A balance of strategic insight and operational pragmatism
  • Natural curiosity, resilience, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, R&D, technical or a related discipline
