Job Description

  • Serve as the technical focal point for integrating clients and defining e-commerce platform capabilities and requirements.
  • Own the implementation cycle, ensuring deadlines are met for both external clients and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and integrating clients.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts until problems are resolved.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to implement new features and customer-specific requirements.
  • Support Customer Success and Tech Support teams with live brands.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Pre/Post Sales with direct client interaction in a web-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases is preferred.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and troubleshooting JSON payloads.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and log analysis.
  • Good understanding of HTTP and web-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Preferred knowledge in JavaScript and PHP/.NET.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in an eCommerce environment is desirable.
