Their programs are designed and led by qualified teachers who tailor lessons to each student's individual learning needs.Job DescriptionStrategic Communications * Develop and implement a clear, engaging internal communications strategy that supports strategic priorities and franchisee success. * Translate business goals and leadership messages into communications that are relevant and actionable for franchisees. * Provide communications advice and support to the CEO and SLT to enhance leadership visibility, engagement, and alignment across the networkCEO & Leadership Communications * Partner with the CEO to strengthen internal visibility and thought leadership through wellcrafted updates, messages, and video or written content. * Support SLT members to communicate key initiatives effectively, ensuring messages resonate across different countries and franchise contexts. * Prepare internal speeches, newsletters, and briefing materials to ensure consistent, timely, and high-impact communicationsFranchise Network Engagement * Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees to understand their needs and improve the clarity and accessibility of communications. * Develop tools, templates, and frameworks that help streamline communication between head office and the network. * Gather feedback to measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve engagement.
