Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Australia.
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

  • Hourly rate ranging from AUD 45.00 to AUD 55.00, based on experience.
