- Liaising with all levels of stakeholders in the business across NSW, all levels upto Director and MD.
- Managing the full end to end recruitment process.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and strategically working to improve the recruitment process.
- Managing the full end to end recruitment process and supporting Managers.
- Build trusting relationships with hiring managers, fully understand their team and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Working within the wider HR team and ability to work autonomously
The Successful Applicant
- Experienced Recruiter within any industry, managing the full end to end recruitment process.
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Have a keen eye to identify talent from all different backgrounds
- Experienced recruiter internal and/or agency based
- Local recruitment experience in Sydney
- Someone who thinks outside the box and loves to bring new ideas!
