Job Description

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.



  • Provide technical product information, specifications, and solutions to customers and sales partners.



  • Collaborate with external sales team members to develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.



  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings.



  • Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.



  • Track customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).



  • Process and follow up on sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.



  • Support of Stores Operations as and when required

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer service with an electrical/electronic product or solution.



  • Strong understanding of technical products relevant to the industry (e.g., electrical components, automation equipment, software solutions).



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
