Job Description

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and data within the warehouse management system.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline inventory processes.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyse inventory reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise stock levels.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inventory Controller should have:

  • Previous experience in inventory control or a related role within an FMCG environment.
  • Holder of a valid forklift licence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software such as JAIX WMN and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
