Job Description

  • Support the Principal Investment team across the full investment lifecycle, including deal execution, portfolio management, and value creation
  • Lead financial modelling (DCF, LBO, comps) and support due diligence processes
  • Prepare investment committee materials and assist with transaction structuring and execution
  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities and conduct industry/company research
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with board reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Identify new investment themes and maintain relationships with advisors, intermediaries, and co-investors
  • Support investor reporting and collaborate with legal, tax, and operations teams
  • Apply commercial judgement and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and portfolio value creation plans
  • Develop skills in financial analysis, transaction execution, and private markets investing

The Successful Applicant

  • A 2-5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate advisory, or strategy consulting
  • Strong ability to build and manage complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comps)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business; professional designation (CFA, CAIA, CPA, or CA) preferred
  • Strong commercial judgement and decision-making skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Interest in private markets and direct investing
  • Ability to contribute to portfolio management and value creation initiatives
