Job Description



  • Perform middle office fund administration and support accurate pricing and valuation of securities across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, property, and infrastructure.


  • Ensure securities are correctly priced in SimCorp Dimension and in line with established pricing policies.


  • Reconcile derivative valuations and assist in collateral dispute investigations and reporting.


  • Liaise with counterparties, pricing vendors, and fund managers to understand and manage valuation methodology changes.


  • Investigate pricing discrepancies, including missing, stale, or out-of-tolerance prices.


  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of operational issues, maintaining high standards of data accuracy.


  • Actively seek and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.



The Successful Applicant



  • 1- 2 years' experience in Back Office/Middle Office operations across Equities, Fixed Interest, and Derivatives.


  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, their settlement lifecycle, and pricing methodologies.


  • Solid knowledge of the Australian Financial Markets and the roles of key market participants.


  • Familiarity with corporate actions and market settlement processes for various asset classes.


  • Experience using pricing platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, S&P, LSEG, ICE).


  • Background in financial services or regulatory environments.


  • Exposure to SimCorp Dimension or similar investment management systems.


  • The candidate must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship to be eligible for this role.
