Job Description
The IT Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Engaging and liaising with the Divisional and Business units to identify value add opportunities
- Managing requirements and resources to undertake required projects.
- Project Managing and technical leadership of assigned projects to manage scope, cost, timing and resourcing
- Assessing user needs to provide support, training and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in order to take advantage of available tools
- Understanding and utilise all Guiding Principles and Toolbox to deliver operational improvements
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will ideally possess:
- A track record in an IT Business Partner or similar position
- Experience in leading change initiatives
- Project management experience
- Ability to design and specify applications for an interactive system
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Great verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
