About Our Client

A day in the life: In this role you will be required to provide all the onsite support for the internal staff. You will deploy, manage and maintain internal service requests and incidents while you assist with the deployment of new desktop hardware, phones, printers and other miscellaneous equipment the business requires. Along with all of the above you will maintain the current desktop environment for all users and identify improvements to benefit the end user experience. This role will also require some travel between sites on the Northside. (Drivers licence will be required)
The Successful Applicant
The superstar candidate: To be successful with your application you will need to be confident with iOS and Mac. You will need advanced knowledge of 2016 Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to Office 365 & GSuite would be a great thing to have. Some experience with ITSM tools such as Zendesk and an understanding of ITIL methodology and workflow will be a huge help. Finally, and most importantly, you will need to be outstanding with both written and spoken communication.
