Job Description

  • Provision of first and second level support
  • Provide an effective response to customers via the telephone and help-desk software requests
  • Communicate with users in a professional and timely manner, ensuring users are kept informed on the progress of their issues
  • Prioritise, diagnose and resolve issues, escalating where additional support is needed
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Ensure all details of incidents are logged accurately prior to escalation
  • Resolve issues via phone, email or on-site repair as appropriate

The Successful Applicant

  • employ exceptional end to end case management and work with technical account managers to monitor and track issues through to resolution
