About Our Client
Our client is a well-known company who have a strong presence in Australia. They have a special need for a IT Field Service Engineer with excellent communication skills and customer service skills to join their team and help drive their success.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide second level IT support and assistance to partners and staff. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, experienced with a can do attitude.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful candidate will ideally possess the following:
- Tertiary qualified in IT or a minimum of 3 years IT support experience
- At least one years experience in a multi-national corporation
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- ITIL Certified
- Microsoft Certification
- Experience with SAP
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Bright personality with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Travel will be required
