Your day to day;
Use your excellent customer service to demonstrate empathy and understanding of client needs. Solve complex problems and interpret issues to find the most sensible solution. Provide and co-ordinate Service Desk services to customers, including ticket recording, hardware and software installations, user administration, network (LAN) and PC requests and issue resolution. Provide appropriate systems support, including training and preemptive identification and resolution of user issues. Oversee the development and ongoing management of processes that are consistent with excellent and efficient client service, processes and performance and which provide clear and easy to follow instructions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
- Windows 10, Windows Server OS, MS Office suite (2010 - 2016), Office 365
- Service Desk ticket management (Service Now)
- Voice and Video Conferencing support (Cisco Jabber, Webex)
- Citrix XenApp & VPN
- User/Account administration
Exposure to some of the following would be an advantage:
- Mobile Device Management administration
