Melbourne based organisations from MNC's to local SME's within all industries including Professional Services, Education, Non for Profit and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Job Description
- Be comfortable in a remote support environment
- Excellent relationship / customer service skills
- Possess a current driver's license and own vehicle
- Windows Server management (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, SQL etc.)
- Desktop support skills and experience
- Working knowledge of VMWare
- Microsoft SQL Server, non Microsoft OS (Apple, Linux) and Windows Scripting
- Exposure to Cloud based products such as Office365, Azure, AWS
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1-2 years' hands-on experience troubleshooting issues across numerous environments
- Proven experience in a front-facing customer service role
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, SBS 2008 and 2011, Windows 7/10
- Active Directory/ Exchange Management / Office 365
- Network Administration (LAN/WAN)
- Office 2010/12/16
- Current Microsoft Windows 10/ Windows Server/ Networking certification would be an advantage
