About Our Client

My client is a software company that specialise in digital identity verification and mobile capture, allowing individuals to do complete various tasks on their mobile devices around banking. As part of their onsite Melbourne team, you will assist their internal customers with desktop support and general level 1 & 2 support, reporting directly into the Senior IT Manager.

Job Description

Your role as IT Support will see you providing high quality level 1 & 2 technical support to resolve incidents including but not limited to the below:

  • Software, for approved SOE applications
  • Provide IT support to staff and directors; assist with audio visual requirements in meeting rooms as required
  • PC repairs as well as any software installations

  • Basic network diagnostics

  • Resolution of problem/request logs within contracted SLA targets and ensuring users are regularly updated.
  • Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with company guidelines

The Successful Applicant

  • Basic SharePoint experience highly favoured
  • Experience across full MS Office Suite
  • Windows 10 server
  • Cisco Meraki highly favoured
  • Experience across O365 and/or Azure
  • 3 years' experience in an IT Support/Desktop Support role
  • Immediately Available - 2 weeks notice period maximum
