Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive new business within the HVAC & Building Automation sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in account management or sales within the HVAC & Automation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong electrical/mechatronic/instrumentation understanding and/or qualifications.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's licence is preferred due to potential travel requirements.
