Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts within the financial services industry.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Sydney.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecast sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in Sydney.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
