Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in key account management or senior business development within the industry.
  • Strong track record in managing large-scale client relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
